Your mind is racing, your heart is beating fast, your breathing quickly, your shoulders are tense, and the thoughts keep going to what if. It feels like too much. We are living in an ever-changing and expanding world that is filled with uncertainty, which can create intense feelings of anxiety.  Therapy can help you learn both cognitive and body-based tools to help anxiety feel manageable, and to separate yourself from your anxiety so that it does not feel overwhelming.
